Delete data

Last updated: 19 August 2026

There are two ways to have the data Drumlee holds about a connected advertising account erased. Either works on its own; you do not need to do both.

01Withdraw the authorisation in TikTok Ads Manager

Open TikTok Ads Manager for the account, go to the section listing authorised applications, and remove Drumlee. The tokens stop working immediately and the next sync fails by design. Within 14 days everything held for that account is erased from our live systems, and the encrypted backups holding it are overwritten within 30 days.

This is the faster route, and it is the one to use if you want access cut off at once rather than after we have read your message.

02Ask us

Write to support@drumlee.com with the subject Data deletion and tell us which advertising account it concerns — the advertiser ID is the quickest identifier, but the account name will do. Write from an address we can connect to the account; if we cannot, we will come back to you before deleting anything, because erasing the wrong account's records is not reversible.

We acknowledge within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will get a written confirmation once it is done.

03What is erased

04What remains, and for how long

Erasing what Drumlee stores does not touch the advertising account itself. Campaigns, ad groups and ads inside it stay exactly as they are — deletion here removes our copy of the records, not the objects in TikTok Ads Manager. The reverse is also true: removing a campaign through the console deletes it inside the account, and the platform cannot undo that.

05Other privacy rights

Erasure is one of several rights available under the UK GDPR. Access, rectification, restriction, objection and portability are covered in the privacy policy, along with how to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
